Questions and Answers
Is it possible to add the values of calories and macros directly to the Daily Summaries without adding meals to "My Nutrition"?
Yes, you can override this. Within the Daily Summary, look for the hidden properties for "Total Carbohydrate", "Total Protein" and "Total Fat". Change the property types from rollups to numbers. Then you can input your values directly on each Daily Summary.
Is there any option to change measuring units to international metric system (kilogram, meters etc)? If yes, do let me know!
Please drop me a line and add your voice, "I would use a Metric system version of the Body Lab template". If there is enough demand I will create this for the community.
10/8/2022 update: There is now a metric version available! Reach out if you have an imperial copy but would like to use the metric version.
