Changing the word count tracker to a fixed daily target #

If you do not wish to have the daily word count goal calculate automatically for your active projects, you can choose to set a fixed daily goal:

1. From the dashboard, open today’s word count card
2. Click on the property called “Goal”
3. Select “Edit property”
4. Change the property type from “Rollup” to “Formula”
5. In the formula space, enter your goal word count in between parentheses, example “500”

Change words per page calculation #

If you would like to change the words per page default (250 words) used to calculate the number of pages for a project, you may do so by updating the formula:

1. From your dashboard, click to open a project
2. Click inside the display for the “Pages” property to edit the property
3. Change the number “250” to the number of your choice

Change average reading speed #

If you would like to change the words per minute average (238 words) used to calculate the total reading time for a project, you may do so by updating the formula:

1. From your dashboard, click to open a project
2. Click inside the display for the “Reading Time” property to edit the property
3. Change the number “238” to the number of your choice
